• Not be included in lists of sanctioned or politically exposed persons without proper declaration.

5. Investments and Risks

All content on the Site, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Guiaabierta S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Guiaabierta shall not be liable for:

• Losses derived from investments made through the platform.
• Service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure.
• Actions or omissions of real estate developers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
